Michael Brennan

Michael is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Barrister at Law and previously worked at a number of Irelands largest property advisory firms.  Michael has been involved in a number of significant national transactions advising financial institutions, government bodies, investment firms, owner occupiers and private individuals.  A native of Ardee, Michael was most recently Head of Property Asset Management for an international Mortgage Servicing firm before setting up Brennan Tobin Town & Country.  He has excellent knowledge of complex legal issues regarding property given his unique dual property and legal qualification.
